Event Description
This seminar is offered by the Classification & Compensation unit to provide tools to our campus liaisons and administrators on how to prepare effective staff job descriptions. The topics to be covered include: when a Position Description (PD )should be written; why a PD is important; an interactive session on how to prepare the content of a PD; and tips on language to use and to avoid. The seminar will then close following an open discussion period.
